 As
we are Muslims, one month of the year
we have to fasts, we do not eat
or drink within twelve hours of the
day. When the evening time comes,
we go to the mosques and pray
to God. After that, we come back
home and break our fasts. We feel a
great spiritual pleasure doing so. When
the month is going to end, we
make preparations for our great day
EID which is full of pleasure, happiness
and exitement. On EID, people wear
new clothes and shoes. Children
wait for this day to come. The
parents give them some money in order
to buy anything they want to buy
for themselves. On this happy day everyone
visits his friends and relatives and
says EID MUBARAK. They offer
some sweets and cold drinks to the
visitors. We are also given some money
by our elders. A lot of guests
come to our house well dressed and
looking very happy. The young ones
arrange tours to beautiful places.
If this is hot weather then we
decide to go to a cool place
to spend the next day of EID.
And this photograph is about one of
my EID trips to a cool place.
We also collect some money to help
the poor people so that they may
be able to buy new clothes and
shoes for themselves and may enjoy
the exitement of the EID DAY. Every
muslim waits for this great day to
come.
